Organization: x 3 Grids (for 12 players)
Groups of 4 (A, B, C & D -- who will be a resting player) in a 20x30 yard grid with 1 ball.
Instructions:
Starts as Developmental Reps in Basic 3 lines game.
· Player A plays into player B on middle line after player B checks at an angle.
· Player B opens out and plays to player C who dribbles back to start and process continues.
Progression – Player A plays B. B drives at C, A looks to overlap and receive onside behind C. C gives the ball to D. D then plays 1v1 with C on the way back
Progression 2: Free play out of this format and starting positions( A has full freedom in decisions)
Encourage players to use scissors and step-overs to win the 1v1. Not just speed and strengh when correct to do so.
Coaching Points:
· Awareness (check opposite side to team mate)
· Timing of movement (eye contact)
· Timing of pass (as player checks)
· Quality of pass (into back foot)
· Communication as you pass (turn)
· Opening out on back foot
· Speed of next action
Coaching Points:
* 1st touch inside and forwards to take space
* Timing of overlapping run
* Dribbling with nearest foot to support player
* Execution of pass/move
* Committing defender
Roles:
A: correct placement of first pass, and deception to hide the pass, Visual cues that the overlap is on and body shape, visual cue to overlap
B: Use touch inside to give visual cue to A, 1v1 technique, correct foot, deception pass
C. Starts passive-tackle B only-Chase and tackle A after-full pressure from a starting angle
D. Communication,1v1

Organization:
2v1 (2v2)Tournament
Instructions:
1. Players play a 2v1 tournament with similar starting positions as previous games. The game starts where a must play b, b must commit C. B can score on the goal or find A who can score on the dribble inside the gate. If attackers score they each receive a goal. If the defender cans core in the counter goal the defender receives 2. Players rotate in letter order.
2. Players can now score playing B and B opening up to drive at the gate goal. If this happens D becomes the active defender. Rotation stays the same either way. Scoring is the same.
3. Free play to score either way

Whites have two players on the outside who cant be touched
Blues have two extra targets as goals which can move and are scoring areas

Juggling Warm-Up (10 mins)
Organization:
A.start warm In defined open area, each player with a ball

Instructions A.:
Players are given an individual juggling challenge. Players are encouraged to obtain a personal best in the challenge or try to get the "best" overall record ("score"). Examples: Fantastic Four (laces, laces, thigh, thigh -- consecutive touches); Fab Five (laces, laces, thigh, thigh, head); Super Seven (laces, laces, thigh, thigh, shoulder, shoulder, head), etc.
Coaching Points:
Players are encouraged to practice their aerial skills and touch through execution of the Juggling Challenges and Aerial Skills (also via Red Bull Academy YouTube Channel).
Instructions B.:
Players are challenged to perform ball mastery challnges and skills.
Instructions C.:
Players perform SAQ (such as ladders, sprints, and hurdles) while participating in passing patterns that challnge their ability to hit the ball with their non-prefered foot.
