Organization:
-10 to 12 players
-pug nets, cones, pinnies, balls
-bumper lanes 5yds
Instructions:
-3v3+1 as per diagram
-bumper players can not defend or score but only receive a pass from their teammates or the Neutral player and help create a numerical advantage (6v3)
-bumper players can move freely in their lane
-make sure to change players around
Coaching Points:
-attacking team to provide support
-accurate passing
-body position when passing and receiving
-defending team quick transition & getting behind the ball

Organization:
-10 to 12 players
-create an area of 50x25
-goals and balls at each end (as per diagram)
Instructions:
-start with attacking team who play a 2v1 in their own half (Field A)
-play quickly into CM and support creating a 3v2 with scoring a goal
-if defending team win the ball, hit them on counter
-once attack is over the defending team leaves (one stays on as CM). Attacking team retreats to defensive position (one in attacking half and 2 in defensive).
-First team to 7 points win (1 point = goal)
Progression:
-allow the two attackers to dribble over the line.

-can we find CM quickly
-can we support underneath and behind with movement
-can we finish with a goal
Player Tasks
CM - stay high to create room in front
-come short to create room in behind
-creativity to create goal scoring opportunities

Instructions:
-allow players to play with minimal disruption unless it is necessary and use Q&A to solicit responses from players
-1 point = all players have to be over the halfway line to score
-2 points = if defending team is not in their half in recovery
Coaching Points:
-try to create a numerical advantage on the field (2v1/3v2/4v3)
-how quickly can you transition from offence to defence
-closest player closes
-second defender supports
-remaining defenders add balance and cover
-outplay, don't be outplayed
-make it difficult for your opponent
-win your personal battle
-communication

Warm-up (10 mins)
-Players around the edge of a circle with a ball each.
-Square zone in the middle. Same number of players in the middle as the outside.
-Players in the middle make a run towards one of the edge players and call for the ball and play a quick 1-2 before running back to the middle and seeking a new ball player to link up with.
