CM has to show for the ball in the diagonal pocket, opposite from where the ball will get delivered from, while maintaining proper body shape to face forwards.
The defender has to run around one of the two cones
The CM has to show for the ball in the box with body shape open to the field. Upon receiving the ball, the CM looks to deliver a pass to either one of the winger's who have dispersed to get wide. If the defender is able to get tight to mark, the CM will need to beat him with a 1v1 move before delivering the ball.
The Wingers need to get wide immediately as soon as the initial ball is passed into the box in order to provide the CM with the option to play the ball wide.
