Possession Game 1 (10 mins)

All players are locked into their repective zones.

The idea is to get the ball from one side to the other and passing the ball through the gates to the target player.

Target players move along the grid and position themselves behind the gates to where the ball is.

Possession game 2 (10 mins)

Players on outside move around the circle to receive the ball through the gates. Once they receive and pass out they have to move to another gate.

Players inside the yellow grid are locked in. Players inside the circle can move around without going inside the yellow grid.

Ball starts with target player outside of circle, who passes inside. The players inside work the ball through the red gates into the yellow square.

Players inside the grid combine to pass through the red gates to the players outside the yellow grid who then find the target player on the outside of the circle.

Possession game 3 (10 mins)

Players keep possesion for 10 seconds and then they can look to pass the ball into the blue square.

where a player from the opposite side can move into the blue square receive the ball and pass into the the grid on the opposite side and the drill continues in the same manner.

Players can only stay in the blue gird for a few seconds before having to move out, and they can be replaced by another player.
