Description:
Coach plays the ball in to either team. Starting with the blue team ; they look open up and pass the ball amongst their team to complete 10 passes. Defending team/ red team look to construct to defense. Shifting with the ball, using challenge cover and balance as defensive technique. Teams aim to regain defensive structure upon transitioning to defense after maintaining possession.
