7 reds v 5 blues on the pitch.
change defenders every 2 mins.

Pressing- as a pack NOT as individuals,reaction to re-gain...goals!,communication,setting traps
Possession- movement to receive,touch and pass techniques, team shape...spine?,reaction to losing possession....defend!

Blues keeping possesion, 2 reds looking to score in ANY goal when / if they re-gain.

pressing- speed,decisions,communiucation,reaction to re-gain-goals!
possession- weight of pass, having a picture, communication,movement, reaction to losing possession-defend!

Defender (blue) passes to attacker (red) and follows to press
Attackers first touch MUST take player from zone A into B
If player makes it into zone C another defender comes in to presss
Attacker can only score in zone C
Focus on - 1st touch ( angle, weight ) - breaking the lines
running with ball with speed
shifting body weight to lose defender
skill on the ball ( experiment new tricks! )
dont turn down the chance to score
