Instructions:
Players attempt to play the ball around the center cone into their partners feet with an Outside Curl technique. Players keep score, it is only a point if the ball reaches their partners feet.

Instructions:
A dribbles toward the middle, takes a touch towards either side and has a shot on goal. After shooting go to the back of the opposite line. 3 points for a goal, 1 point for a shot on frame.

Use 18 yard box as boundry and about 25 to 30 yard length for small space for lots of shots
Instructions:
Players will scrimmage, must run back and touch your goal post after your score a goal. Keep score.
