4v2 to 6v4 continious Rondo / 4v2 rondo in middle square grid.
When Yellow steal ball they must conect it to one of their 4 other team mates. The game now becomes 6v4 in the large grid.
When Blue steal they attempt to get the ball back to the center grid for another 4v2

SSG - Restriction on touches. 10 v 10 (3 midfield floaters)
Middle area has 3 midfield players who are floaters for team in possession
3 floaters are restricted to 1 touch
Team in possession are allowed 1 player to enter middle zone - their touches are unrestricted
Team out of possession are allowed 2 players in middle zone effectively creating a 4v2

MF floaters to constantly scan to enable 1 touch

Set up channells according to amount of players
1 ball per pair
2 cones per pair
INSTRUCTIONS - Warm Up
Begin 5 yards apart without cones, passing back & forth 1 touch
Increments of 5 yards upto 20 yards increase and introduce cones
Players receiving ball stand behind cones / Players passing attempt to strike the cone with pass
Player strikes cone they receive 1 point and cones distance increase by 5 yards until distance reaches 20 yards.
Player who has least amount of cone strikes receives forfeit.
Remove cones and complete repertoire of passes at Coach's instructions
