Setup:
Endzones are 25x15. Middle zone is 25x10.
3 teams of 6.
In possession setup with back four, #6 & #8.
Defending team presses with 3 and 3 in middle zone
Activity:
Only defense can score. 1 point for scoring behind CB's (setup 8 yard wide gate).
Must make 2-3 passes in zone before option to transfer to far zone.
Opposite team may send a player into MF zone to help transfer.
Coaching Points:
~ COMMUNICATE - put advice on each pass
~ 2-touch rhythm - 1 touch to break pressure
~ Look for diagonal passes (instead of straight forward ones)
~ Pressing team - front 3 pressing as unit; middle 3 defending passing lanes

1-4-3 vs. 2-3
Activity:
Ball starts with GK (goal kick and in hands). Also start ball with throw-in close to endline.
Attackers score through gates/puggs.
Defenders score in big goal.
Progressions:
+ Add more defenders (build to 8v6)
Coaching Points:
+ Face the field
+ Receive far foot
+ Look for numerical advantage (at least 2v1)
+ Use GK as support
+ Score as soon as possible or break as many lines as possible

half field with a10 yard scoring zone (just across half)
Activity:
Blue team scores in big goal --> 3 points.
White team scores by passing/dribbling across scoring line --> 1 point
When build out team scores new ball comes in right away from coach to counter-attack.
Setup blue (defending) team in 2 pressing scenarios: 1) high press with man-marking & 2) low press
Coaching Points:
~ #8/10 showing all the way wide
~ #7/11 checking into midfield
~ #9 dropping into midfield & #7/11 coming central for longer passes out of back
~ Using the GK to change point of attack
