- Change middle everytime possession is lost
- The 2 players holding bibs at the end of each round rotate to the next square
- Ball must keep moving within the square at interval change overs

Team Task: Limit passing channels through our middle 4 ( zonal positioning)
Rules: 4 x 3 minutes + 1 minute break (15 mins)- maintain possession of ball from one end of field to the other.
- 1 pt if the ball goes from one to the other through the players in the middle
- 3 pts if an outside player can play directly to the opposite end.
Progression 1- 2 touch
progression 2- Ball carrier from end can enter the field when in possession - this means a defending joker can enter also (this should create defensive transitioning allowing a player to close down the ball carrier)
coaching points:
- Outside Jokers - be vocal in direction to players in front
- Outside Jokers - look to be in channels to receive direct ball from opposite end
- Outside Jokers - look for direct ball to opposite end (this will keep middle 3 defending on their toes)
- Middle 4 BPO - keep compact to stop the direct ball through
- Middle 4 BPO- Maintain defensive lines, do not get caught flat.
- Middle 4 BPO- look to rotate diamond based on opposition movements.
- Middle 4 BP - movement off ball to create channels for passing
- Middle 4 BP - quick ball speed. ball must be moving at all times
- Middle 4 BP - rotate positions to make defense adjust

Team Task: Look to prevent the blue team from attacking in wide areas
Rules: (20 mins)
- Restarts can be from Blue goalkeeper or wherever the coach drops the ball on the field.
- Blue team aim to score
- Red team win possession and try to score in less than 5 passes
Player Tasks:
#6 - Be vocal in organising players in front - initiate press
#6 - Support our pressing by marking opposition free player
#8's - Support our pressing by marking opposition free player left by our #10
#8's - Be aware of opposition FB if press fails
#7/#11 - Put pressure on ball carrier
#7/#11 - Press on CB must be in passing channel to FB
