- Similar to the original game but the scoring zones are bigger & the central zones are smaller.
- Position Specific 4 zone game with the objective to play through lines & score over the endzone line
with a pass or dribble.
- RULES
- Offensively
- On the build out the team in Possession are allowed to drop 2 players (#6 & a FB) to help progress the ball.
- You can use your 2 FBs on the build in the wide area's (2 touch MAX)
- The 2 MDF cannot be in the same zone on the build.
- The only players that can play in all 4 zones are the Wingbacks/Full backs
- Defensively
- Your backline must start on the half way line of your defensive zone.
- Your striker can start high but your Att mids must start on the confrontation line before pressing.
- A defender can only step into the next zone after an attacker has received the ball.
- A defending full back can only enter the outside zones once a player has received a pass there.

- 4 zone game with the teams set up in their shape in each zone.
- 3 - 4 - 3 versus 4 - 4 - 2
- Offensively - Players are looking to pass or combine through their zones to progress & find a dribble or pass into the End-zone line.
- On the build your team is allowed to utilize the wide free zones for players to receive & play (Max 2 touch)
- Defensively your team can shift to block passes in the wide zones but cannot enter the zones and tackle.
- Defensively a player can step a zone to put pressure on the ball/attacker.
