Organization
- 12x12yrd square with starting positions at corners, cone in the middle of square with ball on top of it
- Players race around square on the dribble, when player gets around the cone they started the first person to knock the ball off the cone in the middle wins
- At cones player plays ball to the inside of the square with the outside of their foot and runs around the outside of the cone to meet the ball on the other side before heading to the next cone

- At the corners players execute a "twist-off"(2 inside or outside of the foot cuts in a circle) before heading to the next cone

Organization
- 12x12yrd square with starting positions at corners, cone in the middle of square with ball on top of it
- Players race around square on the dribble, when player gets around the cone they started the first person to knock the ball off the cone in the middle wins
- Players can play their ball to score as soon as they get around the cone they started at, or dribble as close to as they want before scoring. Being accurate from farther away is the quickest way to finish the race

*dribble with laces, turn with insides and outsides of feet
*bigger touches in the straights for speed, smaller touches on the turns for control
*head up for vision
