With GKs:
About 5-6 players in each group, each group will consist of 2 lines of cones, cones about 15 yds length, 3 yds wide
1st: Straight dribble between cones
2nd: Zig Zag between lines (to advance have both ways going at the same time)
3rd: Weave around 1 line of cones, both sides going at once
GK will be in charge of 2-3 groups. Starting at one group, when the player reaches the end, the player passes to the GK who passes back. Player will turn and dribble back. GK will move to a new group and continue moving groups after each kick. They can choose which line to switch to. See example with Straight dribble between cones. If there is no GK to pass to, the player will turn and run back with the ball.
