Organization
- 2 Lines of socially Distanced players starting 25 yards from goal
- One coach with a pile of balls each next to each post
- One GK
Activity
- Coach 1 will play a ball to the first player on line 1, who must receive and shoot with 2 touches outside of the area
- Coach 2 will then play a ball to the same player who must now finish inside the area with 1 touch
- If the player scores at least 1 they can go back to their line and join the end
- If the player misses both they must step out of the game for the time being
- If the player scores both they can either choose a player from their team to rejoin the game or they can send another player from the opposition out of the game
