Set-up:
- Space 40x30
- Process:
- 4x6 min (2 min rest)
- White v Black w Yellow - Must use a Target in the build-up to a goal
- Rd 1+2 - Score in goal on the opposite side of where you won the ball = 2 points / Score in goal on same side = 1 point
- Rd 3 - Can score any goal but using a target is worth 3 points / No use of Target = 1 point
