The Black team keep possession (score a point for 10 passes or 30 secs possession).
If the White team win the ball they can attack either goal (8-10secs to complete the attack).
Unopposed attack at first (if required) then allow Black player in end zone to defend.

White team try to make play predictable to force a turn over.
Positive first touch into space.

From a defensive view, White team defend with a diamond, controlled by the deepest player.
