Player with the ball passes into opposition player. Attacking player tries to dribble past the defender and pass into goal. If defender wins it, they go to opposite goal.

2 teams, 2 keepers
Teams split and each player has a ball
when coach says go the 1st player in the line sprints to the other side of the field and shoots on goal
immediately after the shot the next player goes.
It is a relay race, count the number of goals
Team that completes the task the fastest wins and loser does pushups
Team with most number of goals wins and loser does pushups

Shooting Wars
Players in the have to try and score as many goals as possible. GK try to save the shots

2 teams. 1 GK in each team.
One team is resting behind goal and collecting balls.
Attacking team have 1 player run out around cone and recieve ball from player behind them and strike at goal. Every goal is a point. Teams have 90 seconds to see how many goals they can score.
Variation: 1 or 2 touch finish (Younger players hit a still ball from closer.
