2. Set 1 middle person works 30 seconds 2 or 3 touch turn and play
3. This will be difficult for them so move through varying techniques as need be

3. Defender plays the ball to attackers and attackers are to try to score into either goal
4. Encourage attackers to stay away from each other (make the pitch big) and to pass side to side until there is a clear shot on goal
5. Then switch the attacking team with defensive team

1. Juggling w bounce in between (regress further if needed)
2. Dribble then drag the ball back with the sole and lop over hurdle. Pass ball into net. Small ball dribble through cones and finish (size 1)
3. basic dribble to finish
4. Partner passing controlling around cones. Triangle shape if you have 3, 2 vertical shapes if you have 4. Varying direction, feet, control style, passing style.
5. Pisarda rolling diagonally through cones and finish
6. 2 miutes per station approx
