Initial set up
Midfield players and strikers are 'locked in' to their areas.
Defenders are allowed anywhere.
Can defenders support striker by getting up pitch.
-RWTB from back - exploit space
-create overload in midfield and combine to get in to final 1/3rd, get in to striker and join.
If full backs caught high. Can we counter? long ball to forward?
Drive forward ourselves from back exploiting space?
Rotate player roles, so everyone gets the high work rate roles.
Can we counter the counter and win high?
Win in final 1/3rd and score = 2 goals

Players set off RWTB between poles, at end of poles, begin to attack towards goal. Cannot shoot until in penalty area.
Once player infront has reached the end of the poles the next player sets off, and is attempting to catch the player in front, and finish before him.

If player in front catches you up - 10 press ups
