Coach serves the ball into the GK who collects and distributes to one of the goals

Each GK takes 4-10 balls before switching

After the first sequence for each, a Player is added inside the area.  

 The coach now tosses the ball into the GK to jump, collect then distribute through one of the goals

The inside player applies pressure for the GK to win the ball out of the air under pressure
