Orange players must dribble across the middle line across to the other side of the grid on coach's command. Yello player must execute defensive principles. Players that get ball taken away become defenders. Defenders must work in groups of 2's
Cp's- Angle of approach (if dribblers are right footed, defend with the left leg forward), Immediate pressure, stern tackles, communicate with each other, pressure and cover

1 v 1s, 2v1's and 3v2's - Low numbers start with the ball
Cp's- 1v1-Angle of approach, immediate pressure, stern tackles
2v1's-Communicate, pressure and cover, stay connected
3v2's-Communicate, pressure, cover, balance, stay compact, If the ball is on the side the players should be on a slight diagonal line, if the ball is central the players should form a triangle.
