Main Activity 25 min (30 mins)
Organization:
- 3 teams
- 2 possession-playing, 1 defensive
- Shaded area represents box, or coned area
Instructions:
In Diagram
- Two teams are possessing the ball
- One is trying to win or steal the ball (defense)
- If defending team steals ball, they can score in either direction in 1of 4 small goals
- team in RED cannot play-out of designated areas (can't dribble out box) but serve as neutrals in possessional shift

Conditioned Game (20 mins)
Organization:
- 20 x 20 yard (2 halves)
- 2v2 or 3v3 in each half
- 4 goals
Instructions:
- periphery players (in red) serve as neutral they link up with team in possession
- 2v 2 or 4v 4 on either halves
- 5 passes before a team can score
- after 3 passes ball must be switched to opposite side for a combed 2 more passes
- at least one play must be made to outside player as part of the 5
- teams score in the goal they are facing
