A throws a ball into a crossing area for GK who opens and throws the ball to B. A follows throw into goal. GK goes to B. Repeat opposite side

Complex 1- 18-36 Crossing & Distribution
Explanation
Phase 1 Dealing with Crosses- Ball starts with opposition midfielder who bounces the 9. Midfielder plays into the wide player who looks to deliver within 3 touches from the red shaded area between the retreating defender and attacking 9.
Phase 2- Distribution
If the goalkeeper deals with crossing situation the goalkeeper can choose a to either
1. Find small mini goals with a throw directly
-1 point
2. Roll either attacking or defending player for a bounce to find the mini goal with a drill/wedge or hit the mannequin with a drive
-1 point-white
-5 yellow
-10 hit mannequin
3- Side Volley at Mannequin
scoring as above
If theirs no success goalkeeping action or ball is over hit a second ball is played into the wide player for second phase cross.
