Football/Soccer Session (Beginner): Robin Hood

Robin Hood

Each player goes in turn and collects one ball and brings it back to their home, one player goes at a time and tags the next player until all the ball are gone.

P1 - get all the boys to quickly put all the balls back into the middle.

P2 - now the boys again run into the middle, and with their foot, take one ball out of the pile and dribble it back makig sure it stops in their area. Count up

P3 - we can now, all of us, run over to the other teams balls and take one at a time and dribble it back to their own team, count the balls.

Focus on close control, speed of dribbling and keeping head up as much as possible
