Organization:
Make two squares 5 yards away from the cone.
Instructions:
1) The players have to dribble towards the square and stop the ball under their foot in the square. The player who is first gets a point. The players can dribble with their right/left foot.
2) The players have to dribble first threw the gate before they have to stop the ball in the square. The players can't bump in to eachother.
Coaching Points:
- Keep the ball close
- Dribble with your laces
- Keep the ball under control

Organization:
Set up cones 2 feet away from eachother, at the end place a small goal.
Instructions:
The players will dribble threw the gates (right/left foot, sole role, etc) at the end they have to try to finish the ball in the small goal. After they finish they run back straight away and tag the next person in line who can start. The group who finished first wins.
*You can start without relay and just let them practice to dribble threw the gate.

- Keep the ball close
- Keep your head up
- Try to make sharp turns

Organization:
Set up two fields (32ft x 20ft) with two small goals on each side. Play 2 vs 2 or 3 vs 3 scrimmages.
Instructions:
The kids will play scrimmage. When some of the kids don't know the rules go with the whole group over it. When one team scores let the team go back to there own half so attacking have space to build up.
Coaching Points:
- Get all the players involved in the game
- There are no goalies
- Stimulate the kids to make one of the moves of the day

Shark and Minnows (15 mins)
Organization:
1.The minnows, the players with the ball, attempt to swim from one end line to the other while keeping their ball away from the sharks.
2.The sharks attempt to gain possession and knock the minnows ball out of the grid. Once this happens, the minnow becomes a shark.
3.The last minnow standing wins the competition.
Instructions:
1.The minnows, the players with the ball, attempt to swim from one end line to the other while keeping their ball away from the sharks.
