= 8 players (2 teams) in possession must try and break through the defensive line and dribble over the game line. Then head back in the other direction. Must keep control and possesion of the ball. No limit on touches.
Defenders press from the front or delay and be compact ?
Rotate teams
= Defenders objective, to intercept passes or tackle player in possession and dribble out of the square.
=Swapping teams around to ensure they all have a chance at defending/ pressing.

5 Attacking Red outfield players, against 3 Blue Defenders.
Attacking overload can Reds take the advantage and score goals,
Attacking players staying in their zones ( positions)
Defenders
Objective is being compact working as a unit and stop goals being scored
If possession is gained can they score through either two goals.
