3v3v3v3 - 4v4v4v4 (65 mins)
3v3v3v3 or 4v4v4v4 Continuous Attack!
-This is a great economical training activity that can be used for a variety of topics: Attack Transition, Numbers up situations, Combination Play, Transition to defend, Presure/Cover/Balance, 1v1 dribbling.
Logistics -
-Preferred dimensions would be a double 18 (36yrds) x 30. If you play 4v4, then the field should be 40x40
-Teams play until the ball crosses the endline (Goal, goalkick, cornerkick) The offensive team stays on the field and becomes the defending team. While the new team enters from the endline (near the goal) to become the new offensive team.
**Coach can add restrictions for finishing, touch limits, number of passes, ways in which they score, etc.
