Objective: Learning moves and polishing the technique at game pace

Activity: Players dribble towards middle dummy defender, perform skill, and proceed across the grid.
Coaching Points: technique, work to game pace, vision after mannequin, low center of gravity, sell the fake/feint, be expressive, all previous points from last exercise

Objective: Beat players 1v1 to finish
Area: 30x25
Activity: Balls in central area with coach. Set up 4 1v1 activities within the area. Navy attacks and try to score by shooting or dribbling the ball against red defenders. Attackers must return to center and attack a different zone each time. If defender wins the ball, tries to dribble ball back to central area. Switch roles after 3 minutes.

Objective: Build player's 1v1 confidence and make them make decisions
Area: 30x25
Activity: 4v4 to small goals. Players can only pass backwards or sideways. This encourages players to go 1v1 but to pass back when needed.
