White Team defend 3 min goals - They score by running ball in to end zone
Same role for 6 mins they switch, final 6 mins is transition, if you run in to endzone you turn and run out to atttack 3 mini nets.

once in box they are passing out to player with out the ball and will replace
1- right foot only
2- left foot only
3- must do a move or turn inside small box
4- now must leave small box before passing out
5 - cant leave the side of box entred
6 - add in 2 defenders, must not get tackled in box
