Orangization:
1. Field set up - 20x20 grid with 10x10 box inside
2. Create a gate on each corner of the grid
3. Separate players into two teams. Then split each team in half, lining them up across the grid from each other.
4. Four items (pinnie, cones, balls, etc) per team
Instruction:
1. The first player in line from each team will pick up their item.
2. When to coach says "GO", the players will dribble their soccer ball with their item in hand across to their teammate and set their item down.
3. Once the teammate has entered the gate, the next player in line can begin dribbling their soccer ball.
4. Players continue dribbling their soccer ball across the field until the item colors from each corner have been switched.
5. First team to switch their color items from one side to the other side wins the game.
6. Coach decides how many rounds to play.
Coaching Points:
1. Positive first touch out of the feet
2. Play with the laces of the foot closet to the ball
3. Fewest number of touches to cover the distance quickly
4. Run in a straight line
5. Smaller touches as the space becomes less
Progression:
1. Add a defender from each team into the box, it is there job to win the ball (by placing a foot on it) from the opposing team as they dribble through. If dribbling player loses the ball, they must go back to the end of their line.

1. Angle of approach – center
2. Supporting foot is next to the ball pointed at target
3. Head up observe your target
4. Contact ball - middle
5. Contact foot - inside
6. Ankle locked with toe pointed up
7. Follow through towards target with striking foot remaining open throughout
8. Body weight over the ball
9. Weight and accuracy of pass
Progression:
