Instructions:
All players with a ball on one side
2 defenders in the middle box
Attackers make it to the other end without getting their ball eaten by the bull dog
If they get caught they become a bull dog
Coaching Points:
-Head up
-Patience wait for the moment to win (3bs) Big bad or back
-Surf and drop until the moment

-Increse the defensive area

Instructions:
Players race to touch ball with hand then upon doing so race back to start line (going backwards), 1st player back over the start line is the winner unless they knocked the ball off the cone.
Coaching Points:
Slow down on approach so dont knock ball off cone
Get low, bend knees to get closer to ball on balance
