Session 2 - Ball Manipulation - FP - Segment 2-7

SET UP: 1 pole or cone, 1 football, 3 cones

 

KEY POINTS: Perform each segment for 90 seconds

1) Starting position cone A. Start driving the ball to the pole (defender) as fast as possible without sacrificing technique. When you get close to the pole you perform the 360 skill and then drive the ball to cone B. The same from cone B to C and from C to A. Perform 5 rounds on each side.

2) Starting position cone A. Start driving the ball to the pole (defender) as fast as possible without sacrificing technique. When you get close to the pole you perform the Step-over skill and then drive the ball to cone B. The same from cone B to C and from C to A. Perform 5 rounds on each side.

3) Starting position cone A. Start driving the ball to the pole (defender) as fast as possible without sacrificing technique. When you get close to the pole you perform the Body faint skill and then drive the ball to cone B. The same from cone B to C and from C to A. Perform 5 rounds each side.

4) Starting position cone A. Start driving the ball to the pole (defender) as fast as possible without sacrificing technique. When you get close to the pole you perform the Double scissor skill and then drive the ball to cone B. The same from cone B to C and from C to A. Perform 5 rounds each side.

5) Starting position cone A. Start driving the ball to the pole (defender) as fast as possible without sacrificing technique. When you get close to the pole you perform the Single scissor skill and then drive the ball to cone B. The same from cone B to C and from C to A. Perform 5 rounds each side.

6) Starting position cone A. Start driving the ball to the pole (defender) as fast as possible without sacrificing technique. When you get close to the pole you perform the Pull Flick skill and then drive the ball to cone B. The same from cone B to C and from C to A. Perform 5 rounds each side.
