Set Up - Create an playing field that is big enough for the number of players (ocean). Within that area, create circle (island) that is big enough for all the players to be one. Starting with the balls (treasure) on the island, have the players kick them into the ocean as hard as they can so they are spread out everywhere.
How to Play - On coach's command, each player will swim out to sea and grab a piece of treasure and bribble it bacl to the island. They can then go out and grab another. Player who collects the most treasure, wins!
Regression:
1) Allow players to pick up the ball and carry it for a round or two.
2) Instead of one player winning, time how long it takes the group to collect all the treasure. In the next round, can they beat that time?
Progression:
1) Add sharks to the water (parents and coaches). If a player gets tagged before they grab a piece of treasure, they need to go back to the island and start over. If they get a piece of treasure and have it kicked away, they feed the treasure to the shark and have to go find a new fishnew piece!

Set Up - Create an playing field that is big enough for the number of players (ocean). Within that area, place two nets at either end (sharks). Lay out cones in the middle (whales).
How to play - On the coach's command, players try to dribble their ball through the whale family (without hitting one) and then scoring on net (feeding the shark). They then can either grab their ball or a new one and go back the other way. How many sharks can they feed in 60-90 seconds? Can they beat that score?
Regression:
1) Remove the cones in the middle
Progression:
1) Add moving whales (parents) who try to take their ball away)

Set Up - Create an playing field that is big enough for the number of players (ocean). Within that area, place two nets (treasure chests) at one end and two pylons at the other. Split the players into teams and have them line up behind a pylon with a pile of balls (gold).
How to play - One at a time, a player from each team will will dribble their gold towards their net and try to shoot it back into the treasure chest. If they miss, they run to the back of line. If they score, they run to the back of the line. Once they get back, the next player can go. The team to put the most gold in they treasure chest (score), wins!
Regressions:
1) Let players carry the ball instead of dribbling for a round or two.
Progressions:
1) Add some obstacles for the players to dribble around on their way to the nets.

Gone Fishing (15 mins)
Set Up - Create an playing field that is big enough for the number of players (ocean). Within that area, create a 5x5 box (boat). Lay various coloured cones around (fish).
How to Play - On coach's command, each player swims out to catch a fish. Once they have caught one, they need to bring it back to the boat. They can then go out and grab another fish. The player who catches the most fish, wins!
Progressions:
1) Call out particular colors. Ex. Coach calls out yellow, players must catch only the yellow fish.
2) Add sharks to the water (parents and coaches). If a player gets tagged before they catcha fish, they need to go back to the boat and start over. If they get tagged with a fish, they feed the fish to the shark and have to go find a new fish!
3) Add a soccer ball for the players to dribble around.
