3v3 att. vs def.
Defending team feed ball into attackers, who will look to beat defenders to reach the line in behind. Defending team will look to win the ball and score a point by reaching the line in behind the attacking team. The defending team have a recovering defender to bring a match realistic situation progression.
NO SCORING SYSTEM
PROGRESSION: 3v3 with a recovering defender
FOCUS: delay and deny principles for recovery run to occur
Plan for numbers by having a group play 2v2 with recovering defender, but rotate into the 3v3 groups

4v4 att to def with transition
Attacking team become defending team once the ball is dead, allowing for quick transition and defending team aim to become compact as soon as possible
Focus on def. transition - goal to be compact and win ball to drive past blue line
Decision making - amount of pressure on ball by def. team? Leave them to work out and decide as individual def. unit
