Set position GK Explosive Workout (15 mins)
Goalkeeper Explosive leg workout:
GK starts by jumping into the first 2 rings, with a progression into the second set of rings, after this happens, the GK jumps back out of the rings and back into the rings to transition to the next set of rings continuing this sequence all the way to the last set of rings.
After the GK gets out of the last set of rings, the GK finishes with a sprint.
A variation to this would be that the GK will jump forward out of the rings and back again into the rings to transition to the next set of rings with a jump.
Another variation would be adding a medicine ball in the keepers hands for resistance or extending the distance between the rings.
We can also add a variation at the end of the obstacle by adding a volley to the GKs hands or a high ball for the GK to continue and extend their leg workout.
