Dribbling Slalom
Basic slalom with players working as a team. First player carries ball from side A to side B nad passes off to teammate who carries back to A. Players have 2 minutes at station, every time the ball gets back to side A they get one point.

Lofted Pass / Running with Ball
A to B is running with ball, B to A is a lofted pass. Players have 2 minutes at station, every time the ball gets back to A they score a point.

2 touch turn and shoot
Player 1 passes to 2 who has two touches to turn and shoot on goal. Each player rotates up one number. Players have 2 minutes at station, each goal is a point. If more than two touches are used by the shooter, no point.

Conditioned Game
First half - Minimum 4 touches to encourage dribbling.
Second half - Maximum 3 touches to encourage movement off the ball and passing.

Player in the centre receives ball on the half turn with the back foot from player 1, plays out to player 2. 1 follows pass to centre, centre follows pass to 2, 2 passes in to new centre etc. Players have 2 minutes at this station, every time a successful pass enters the central square they gain a point. Only count passes going IN to square.
Coaching points:
- Receiving on the inside - check shoulder then open up
- Receiving on the outside - check shoulder then front foot reception toward square
