Three SAQ Stations with 2 players at each station , and a 3rd player behind main goal and mini goals to recover footballs.
1; Player A goes though speed ladder 1. two feet in 2. One in one out , when finished through ladder recieve a pass from coach and finish first time to mini goal , Player B the returns to start line and player C continues the exercise .
2. Players dribble through gates and shoot at goal perform exercise twice an rotate .
3. Players conduct exercise through hurdles 1. Hops 2. One leg in/out , recieve a pas from coach and deliver a first time finish , Player A then rotates ith B who returns to Start line and C conducts exercise .

Conditioned Rondo Game small group of 5 can be adjusted to 6 or 7 depending on players and grid size.
Change middle player after 60 secs
Red players must keep the ball away from white player , and build up play to try and knock over 3 orange cones , the white player can only intercept and if the white player intercepts they can score in either of the mini goals .
Red players must stay in zoned area .
Coaching points : Encourage quick play ,movement along the lines and pateince to take a shot at the target .
Progression :
Limit to one touch , two touch on ability
If an interception by white team Reds must do a physical forefeit ( i.e Pressups)

Passing Recieving (20 mins)
The exercise involves 4 players ina 15x15 grid . If working with 8 or 12 playes ad extra grids and position coaches safely between areas .
Two balls needed , one midfielder Player B Works on the inside continous for 45 secs ,other tthree players work on outside .
Play begins with a pass from Player A to into Player B who opens up quickly and Passes to player C .
After his pass , Playe A must run to the free cone , after the first pass Player B must get the next ball from Player D an the exercise continues . Player B is always trying to recieve the ball and play to the open player . The player on the outside is always looking to pass and move to the open cone ,after 45 secs Player B rotates .
Coaching Points :
Quality of first touch
Constant Scanning
Speed up exercise , more weight on pass ?
Middle player checks into the ball.
Progressions:
1.Competition betwen four players , each player with one minute and see how many passes can be achieved
2. Adjust area size , make smaller
3. Add in a mannequin for added movement .
