Set-up
3 hurdles or 9 tall cones set 2 yards from each other as seen above and 2 tall cones set 6 yards apart for goal
Organisation
The GK moves over the hurdle tall cones can be used and then makes a lateral movement (in the set position) to the next hurdle, etc. At the end of the hurdles, he moves into the goal to be in-line with the ball for the service from Coach. The Coach will always be at an angle.

The GK is making effective movements through the hurdles

Make a goal out of tall cones 6 yards apart, place small goal 10 yards out
Organisation
The Coach passes the ball to the GK who will control it and pass back to him. The Coach will then control the ball and take a shot on goal. On the GK securing the ball he will place the ball on the ground and pass the ball out into the small goal. (The Coach is to adjust his position for each service)
Both sides to be worked for the pass & both feet to be worked
Coaching points:
The GK is to make sure he is in-line with the ball at all times
The GK is to ensure the control of the ball is forward of him
The balls are secured
The pass is firm and on target

Set-Up
Goal 6 yards apart marker to be placed within the goal.
Organisation
The GK starts in the centre of his goal and facing to the (right). On command, he will move and touch the marker with his foot (marker can be placed anywhere in the goal area). The GK will then move to be in-line with c1 for a shot. Immediately after he will rise and move for the quick shot from c2

The GK is moving at speed in order to get in-line with the ball
The GK is attacking the ball and reaching out for the save

Instructions:
The GK lyes behind one of the posts. On command, he will rise and move to be in-line with c1. After securing this ball he will move over for a shot from c2 (or the ball launcher)
