Full dynamic warm up followed by midfield reception flow drill. Weekend points: better connections and ball control in the mid leading to attack up front. Work on changing angles, staying open, and joining the play after you make the pass forward.
1v1-4v4 drill as main game play. How can we create a 2v1 in an even situation? Forward connections and playing in small spaces. APC to finish the session. Work on options, and get everyone doing a certain skill.

A plays a ball into B and receives it back. B then goes around both yellow cones and receives OPEN towards goal and connects with C. C has the choice to eliminate the tires or board and takes a shot. After shot, fill the back post position for the other side.
Progression: B will pass to C and join the attack. After C makes a move on the obstacles, pass back to B for the shot.

Red starts with the ball on the far outside channel. Check the ball with the defender and play 1v1 until a goal is scored or ball off the end line. Stay within coned area. Continue to play while the ball is in channel or D (clear the ball out if the defender gains possession). 2v2 starts also with a check, and previous 1v1 players join to form the 2v2. All stay in to form the 3v3 & 4v4. (Add central 5v5 from yellow cone if time/numbers allow)
Complete for x number of rounds then switch teams.
