There will be three mini goals layed out across the pitch, and a circle on the halfway line. There will be four feeders and the rest of the players shooting at the goal first time from the feeders. To make the drill abit harder there are three mannequins in the way of the goal. The rest of the players will wait inside the circle and have to shout for the feeder to feed them in.

Details of venue, players drill
The venue for this shooting drill was at Walton Hall park for a Maghull Fc boys team on the 3/2/16, 20 minutes before the session the coaches all met up on the pitch and i shown them a diagram of how i want the session to look like and what i wanted the players to understand and achieve by the end of the session.
Feelings before and after.
My feelings before the session took place was quite nervous as this was a new topic that i wasn't confident on how to progress properly during the session whilst i was progressing i told the players to get a quick drink so i could set up and the turnover was pretty quick so after the session ended i was pretty confident i could take that session again.
Evaluation
During the session i believe that the space for the session could have been bigger as the shots was to close to the goal in reflection i believe that i could make the distance of shooting further back for a more realism. Throughout the session players was running out of balls so i believe if the players had more balls the session would of ran more fluently
Analysis
During the session the players was just smashing balls and didn't quite get the principle of the session so i stopped the session and told them that the aim it to shoot at the goal and try to score and be serious about trying to score. Once they understood that this session was serious they began to take it serious and started scoring goals by shooting not finishing. After the session i reflected back on the session with my fellow coaches and all agreed that before i intervened and told them to be a bit more serious when shooting that none of the objectives set for the session was being accomplished.
Action Plan.
We also agreed that the intervention was timed correct as if it was any later the session the players would of lost sight of the aim and that the players wouldnt benefit from the session. The session would of been even better if all coaches were involved going forward i would be more direct with the players from the start but also have fun whilst keeping control of the session. I believe that some of my interventions throughout the session may have been to long and this lead to the players losing slight interest in the session. Another action that i would be that i make sure that if i was delivering this session again i would make sure that there are enough footballs so the players don't run out and the session runs more fluently not having the amount of equipment needed lead to the small sided game running over which resulted in not getting a full debrief of the players on what they think what went well and what didnt i belief i could prevent this by either having a ball bank or equal amount of balls in the goals.
