Defending body shape (10 min)
Player passes ball to opposite player who contols it and dribbles forward. The passing player approaches quickly then slows, adopts a good body shape.
Defender Cannot tackle just has to mirror the attacker
Idea is to get the attacker to drag the defender around the pitch adopting the correct body shape

1 v 1 (15min)

1v 1 or 2v2 Wave practice (20 min)
Feeder passes ball in to attackers in middle. The 1 attacker heads towards goal. As soon as feeder passes ball 1 defender comes in to play and trys to intecept the ball. If they can get possession of ball they must pass it quickly to the attackers in middle (cant be tackled by other players in safe zone)
Attacker in safe zone then attacks the other goal. As there are 2 ballsit could end up with 2 attackers with 2 balls attacking one goal.

5 or 6 aside game
Lock players in to 2 zones to force shape and defensive opportunities.
Dont be afraid to stop and engineer positioning etc

Station 2 - Sharp movements each way to salam through cones - Forward facing through blue, reversing through Red.
Station 3 - Side shuffle, explosive forward movement, side shuffle. Player should alway be facing towards top RED cone
