Set up:
4 V 4 V 4, Keeper optional
Zone 1 and 2 is a 10 X 10, up to 15 X 15 grid
Free/Keeper Zone is 5 X 10 to 5 X 15 grid
Balls
Play:
Teams must connect a number of passes at the coaches descression before they can cross the ball to the other team to score a point. If the defenders recover the ball or make the offense send a bad pass, The defenders take the zone and the offensive team will become the defenders and have to sprint to the opposite zone to defend. The coach will send a ball into play imedaitly to the oposite zone after the ball is out of play. There can only be 2 defenders in a grid at a time. Play can go for a set amount of time or set number of points.
Progression:
1: add a keeper to make crossing harder.

Warm-Up: 4 v 2 (10 mins)
Organzation: -6 players(4 v 2) (2 grids) (Defenders are 2 to a grid)
-10 by 10 area or 15 by 15
-1 ball (additional on the outside)
-4 attackers, 2 defenders
Instructions: 1. Players play 4 v 2 keep away inside grid. Attackres position themselves on the outside of each side of the square, while defenders occupy space inside grid.
2. Attackers score a point for every pass they make and 3 points for every pass that splits the defenders.
3. Defender wins a point for every pass that they intercept. Defenders rotate with outside defender at every intercept. Defender are in for 2 evolutions every time.
4. Ball goes out of bounds, restart from attackers.
5. Play for a set time, before rotating players.

Progressions:
1: Decrease space to make descision making early and speed up play.
2: One touch rule.
