Method:
In group of 5/6. A progression from last exercise.
Player to move in direction of the coach.
In the blue zone, they must make a pass to their teammate.
When in the other zone, they choose when to make the pass.
Coaching Points:
Passing :
1) Take 2 step movement. Supporting foot next to ball
2) Toes pointing to receiver, Body in line with receiver.
3) Using inside foot - lock ankle - Squeeze the feet - Contact the biggest surface of inside foot.
4) Follow through movement - Pass and land.

Method:
Coach to play the ball to any of the 3 players.
They will go 3v1 possession for 60 seconds in the zone.
If they keep passing for 10 passes, 1 goal.
If defender win the ball, they can score to any of the 2 goals.
At the end of 60seconds, they will move to the next zone and try to score vs 1 defender.

Composure.
Supporting angle.

Method:
2 Players to 1 Ball.
Players to pass to each other.
They have to pass and control the ball inside the box.
Progression:
Using time based, challenge the players to make as many passes as possible.
Coaching Points:
