RONDO 3 X 1 + 1 DEFENDER (15 mins)

RONDO + FINISHING (15 mins)

Game concepts: Make runs, Keep possesion  , support my teanmates, progress vertically (skip line), creat passing lines

 

Technical: Pass, layoff, oriented control & wall-pass.

Tactical: Body orientation, depth, support, lateral support and play with the third player to gain depth.

 

Description:

There is a small box where our players have to mantain the posession on the ball + when the complete 4 passes they can attack  to score in the small goal. this a real game in superiority where 3 x1 should find the best way to get a goal. 

 

This real game in superiority (3x1) + 3x2  looks for showing our players they have to move defensive opponent to find the best option to attack. "Taking good decisions + Create new passes lines + finishing quickly"

  • Defender pressing: This player pressind during the "construction the game and whe he is overlap has to get back his defensive position (TAD) 

  • Central Back Defender: This player have to know in what specific moment to anticipate or win time to let his teanmte get back to hel him.

Organization: (15 players)

  • 5 players per Rondo (3 attackers and 2 defenders)
  • All players have to pass like defenders (2 times pressin and 2 times Central back)

Sets: (total time 15´)

2 sets:1´ explain and example,  6´ minutesx set  and  1´ Rest

 

Variants: Depends on level :
  • Begginers ( 4 x1 ) during the rondo and dont let pressing deferndender get back 
  • Progression (like I explained before)
  • Development Players: (3x2) during the construction game and increa number of passes to attack

WIDHT + DEPTH (20 mins)

SMALL SIDE GAME - PASS AND MOVE (20 mins)

Game concepts: Width and depth, progress vertically (skip line), close passing lines

 

Technical: Pass, layoff, running with the ball to free space, oriented control & wall-pass.

Tactical: Body orientation, depth, support, lateral support and play with the third player to gain depth.

 

Description:

Small side game (2 x 2) + 2 jokers. 

 

The main objective is moving the defensive line. Due to achive that we have to switch on the game and play with both jokers that have been place outside wingers line. when one team connect with both wingers they can attack. We keep the same objective KEEP POSSESSION ( with direction and add wingers way to find expectatives goal chances) + FINISHING on the goal.

 

 

  • When one team have been oveloaded have todo do a get back working to be place between the goal and strikers.
  • Ofensive team have a superiority (4 x 2) to find the smartest way to find the goal

 

Organization: (14)

  • 6 players per Rondo / divide in three teams of 2 players.
  • Square spaces 10m x 20m

Sets: 20min

Jokers teams should be change every set time.

- 3 sets x 5 minutes  

- 2´minutes explain and example

- 3 minutes Rest

 

Variants:
  • Begginers: We can add a extra joker inside the game to try to do easier completing both passes with winger players.
  • Progression players:  put a limit of touches per players during phase of constructio game
  • Development Players: Assing roles each set. Every Team could be a defenders and the other one just ofensive attitude.

MODIFIED GAME - PLAYING BONTH WINGS - OPEN SPACES (25 mins)

Modified Match - 5 vs 5 + 4J + 2GK - 2 zones (25 mins)

Game concepts: Width and depth, progress vertically (skip line), close passing lines

Technical: Diagonal pass, layoff, oriented control.​

Tactical: Support, lateral support, body orientation, depth, players in different hights to create passing lines to progress​, occupy spaces to progress

Description:

5 vs 5 with 2 goalkeepers and 4 support players in half field. The space will be divided in two zones (offense-defense).

Organization:

  • All players ( purple and white teams) can move both zones but they have to keep a balance occupation organisazed.
  • We want to work both teams "fly together" and keep same distance between his lines so to be goal valid all team have to be in the offesive zone.
  • 4 jokers players are supporters with both teams
  • To be valid the goal following with the same objective all sessison DEEP + WIDHT, the have to play with at least two wingers players. (Orange team)

Sets:

2 sets of 12' (25' total) 

We change jokers  players every 5 minutes.

Variants:
  • Adapt complexity (space, rules) according to level of the group (1st set: 7 vs 7 + 4 + 2GK / 2nd set: can change the disposition of players towards equality in offense and defense (exampe: 8 vs 8 + 2 + 2GK / 9 vs 9 + 2GK)
  • Desing three zones and set some rules of individual players: Build up zone  and Progress zone (2 touches, control and pass) and Finishing Zone free touches all players
  • Looking for it happends more header duels give double value header goals crossing from Joker players and we get they play  with wingers.
  • Eliminate mandatory to have to play with both wingers players if one team get back the posession on finishing zone
