Organization:
Two teams line up using the entire court, on which cones are used to mark out ‘goals’. There must be more ‘goals’ than players in a team. A team scores if they take the ball through one of the ‘goals’. Defenders do not steal the ball. Defenders look to anticipate where the attack is going to score and beat them to the gate.
Coaching Objectives:
Ensure players are creative, dribbling and changing directions to lose the defenders. Defenders should anticipate the path of the attacker.
Less Challenging: Add more gates. Remove all the balls.
More Challenging: Remove gates; shrink the space.

Players in the front of each line dribble at the pole in the middle to perform a skill to cut back. After 1 to 2 minutes of practice have players race against the clock.
Coaching Objectives:
Ensure players are creative, dribbling and changing directions.
Coaching Tips:
Focus on little technical details associated with performing skills.
Less Challenging: Do not allow players to race.
More Challenging: Have players make eye contact before going.
