Ball always starts with attacking team in central midfield. Attacking team scores 1 for a shot on target (with proper technique at coach's discretion) and two for a goal. If defending team get possession they can score by finishing with the inside of their foot through the small central goal. 15 second shot clock on the attacking team to ensure sufficient repetition.
- speed of play is crucial
- recognition of shooting opportunities
- recognition of possible chance creation (combinations)
- communication is key as always

Chance Creation
Players pass and move in central area of field. Every 5 passes, the player with the ball passes out to player A, B, or C and joins an attack. A, B, C, and the passing player then combine to create a crossing or shooting opportunity within 10 seconds. The passing player then switches places with the player (A, B, or C) that they passed to and the exercise restarts.
- Communicate (One-Two, Overlap etc.)
- Shots from distance - give laces instruction (Head, knee over the ball, toe down etc.)
- Finishes - inside of the foot, open hips to target, ankle locked etc.
Progress to adding defensive pressure.
