Crossing & Shooting w/Progression of Pressure (15 min)
B plays ball into path of C, C moves into the pocket down the channel, A makes near post run, B make far post run, C crosses to between 6 & penalty spot for attacking players to shoot.
Progression: Add defender & 2nd attacking player
Coaching Points: Play into paths of wide players. Attack crosses. Run across the defender. Ground crosses:
Head down, planter foot next to balls, land on shooting foot. Lofted crossed: Head balls down, across goal mouth

Crossing & Finishing (15 min)
Restrictions: Shots must come off of crosses from players in channels. Defending group may counter and score on small goals. Switch groups every 3 min.
Coaching Points: Accurate Passes. Offer Angels of Support. Play balls into shooter path. Follow Shots. Encourage Shooting
Progression: Add Neutrals to support attack

Crossing Sm Sided Game (15 min)
Play starts from corners and goes until a goal is scored or the ball goes out. Both teams can score. Rotate teams starting play.
Progression: Switch corners & players making crosses.
Coaching Points: Be aggressive to finish, players not closed down should shoot quickly, move the ball quickly into pentrating positions

Lofted Balls (25 mins)
Playing lofted balls (15 min)
Set up: Goal set up in center of practice area. Players partner up with one on each side. Players make lofted passed to mate and mate returns lofted balls.
Variation: Players may get closer to one another. Players may move away from one another. Start receiving players on goal line & send them on runs away from passer to receive. Use both feet.
Coaching Points: Strike the lower half of the ball to get lift, planter foot behind the ball, follow through
