Balls start at bottom left and top right corners. Players pass in the direction of the arrows and follow the ball to that station. Players who play a diagonal play a one touch pass, the other players have 2 touch to control and pass.

Both teams have 2 neutral players who are on opposit outsides. Teams can score a point by making a wall pass with one side, and then make a wall pass (and receive the ball back!) with the other wall passer.
.
Play 3 games, so every player plays in the middle twice and wall passer once. Team with the most games won is the overall winner. Other team will do 10 burpees.

Set Up: 6 v 6 + 2 wing players, and a GK in each goal.
Organization: Players try to work the ball and score, can play out to the wing players, only on a 1 touch pass [can start without this rule]. Wing players have 2 touches to send a service into the field for an attempt on goal. Goals do not have to come from crosses. Two points for goals coming from 1-touch finishes.
Variations: [1] Remove neutral wing players and have each join one team each, [2] touch limit inside field, [3] 1 touch finish, [4] every backwards pass must be followed by a one touch pass [5] In channel, only 1 defender can enter, creating a 2 v 1 situation. [6] Open up to end game without restrictions, no channels.
Coaching Points: accuracy of passing, crossing and finishing, variety of crosses, rythym and flow of passing to get into the wide areas, timing of runs, decision making on the ball, speed of thought, work rate, communication, movement off the ball and interplay with teammates, combinations, reinforce good habits

1v1 Madness (10 mins)
Attacker dribbles arround in the red box. There is one defender, who tries to steal the ball from his partner. The attacker can beat the defender or look for a pass to one of the 6 players on the outside (blue cones). After the pass they switch positions. The defender has to stay in the red box, so the attacker gets some space to dribble at the defender.
.
Coaching Remarks
- 4 steps of beating a defender ( dribble with speed, fake out, go around, seperate)
- Call names when passing so the player expects the ball
