change defenders every 2 mins.
Can reds keep possession?

Session set up as shown in approx. 40 x 40 area.
Practise starts by red 1 passing a firm, but accurate pass into red 2 in the middle box (8x8).
Blue 2 puts 'match-like' pressure on red 2, who must control the pass within the box, then lay off for red 1 to shoot on goal.
As soon as the ball is dead, blue 1 starts the practise again, but this time blue 2 is the target and red 2 becomes the defender.
Two players in middle box cannot come outside the box.
