Defending Cross Flight Changes (10 mins)

Long ball is played to either winger and they have 2 touch max to cross the ball in. 2 defenders are sprinting back to defend cross. After cross, goalie defending cross gets a new ball to transition a 3v2 attack the same attacking players. Defenders have to transition from defending the cross to defending a 3v2 attack.
